Main Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 250 gms
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Potatoes -3 nos
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chopped ginger - 1/4 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chill - 2 nos
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Mint leaves - few finely chopped
Corriander leaves - few finely chopped
Egg -2 nos.
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Method:
In a cooker
Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and mix well
Cut potatoes into big cubes and add little water to cook.
Pressure cook it for 4 whistles
Allow them to cool for a few minutes
Shred the cooked chicken into to tiny pieces in a plate and remove bones of you find any.
Mash the peeled potatoes in another plate
In a pan
Heat oil and add fennel seeds, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green chili and chopped onion.
Saute till onion get transparent.
Add shredded chicken mix for few seconds
Now add mashed potatoes and mix well
Check and adjust for the seasonings
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add chopped mint and coriander leaves into the chicken mix
Mix well using your hands.
Take a little bit of the chicken filling and roll them into perfect size and shape.
Make round flat patties or any of your desired shapes.
Dip the patties into the beaten egg. Roll and coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil without breaking it

Instead of pressure cooking and shredding the chicken, minced chicken can be added.
Refergiate the patties for 10 mins before frying to avoid breaking.
