Main Ingredients:
- Idly - 5 to 6
- Idly Podi / Podi of your choice
- Gingelly Oil / Ghee
Method:
Crumble the idlies using your fingers and set aside.
Instead of crumbling you can add chopped / mini idlies directly.
Heat the pan and add oil / Ghee.
After oil get heat add Podi of your choice and heat for few seconds.
Add crumbled idlies and saute well until Podi and idlies mix together.

If you fin idlies dry to crumble then take a bowl of water, make a quick dip and squeeze out the excess water and start crumbling.
