Podi Dosa

Main Ingredients: 

·        1 big ladle of dosa batter
·        Idly Podi / Podi of your choice
·        Oil
·        Ghee


Method:

Heat the Tawa and grease with some oil.
Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circle.
Make a thin layer for Podi Roast or a thick one for Podi Uttapam.
Cover and cook until the dosa is partially cooked.
Now Sprinkle the Podi of your choice over the dosa.
Add some ghee for extra flavor.
Cover and cook until dosa cooked completely.

Added with Podi you can add onion / egg / any veggies to make your own style of dosa.

Even a simple coconut chutney will be a great combo for it.

To make more interesting make dosas in different shapes. Children will love these kinds of dishes even without any side dish.
