Masala Veggie Omelet

No of Serve: 2 Person

Ingredients: 

Eggs - 3 Nos.
Chopped Onion - 2 Tbsp
Chopped Capsicum - 2 Tbsp
Shredded Carrot - 1 Tbsp 
Chopped Tomato - 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tbsp
Chopped Green Chilli - 1/2 Tbsp
Salt


Method:
Crack open 3 eggs in a bowl and beat well.
Add all the vegetables, Salt and Masala.
Beat well until masala mixup evenly.
Pour it in a hot Pan/Tawa.
Close and Cook for a minute. Flip the omelet and cook the other side.

Extra...
You can add any vegetables (like cabbage, Mushroom, Brocolli, etc..), Cheese or Panner, Butter, Chat Masala for extra taste.
